In the recent history of training, High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) has been all the rage in various training circles, and for a good reason considering its numerous benefits. However, excessive high-intensity training comes at a cost to our long term health, not to mention the same, repetitive stimulus becomes less effective over time. That’s where 4Q MetCon class comes in, derived from Institute of Motion, a training approach that promotes Variable Metabolic Conditioning to enhance our ability to switch efficiently between our different energy systems to meet the demands of the various tasks in life and sport.

In other words, you’ll walk away with a feeling of satisfaction, accomplishment and understanding of training for optimal health and sustainable performance.

Whether you are new to training, an experienced warrior or just occasional enjoyer, this class will satisfy you.

Traditional and novel strategies for building both, bodyweight and total strength will challenge your body from all possible angles. Using our extensive ability to progress or regress any exercise makes this class suitable for all fitness levels.

The primary purpose is to come, sweat and enjoy yourself. This session will accelerate your weekend, and you will feel energised and empowered.
